Rube Sessions Memorial Library was first opened in 1974 and expanded in 1986. RSML reopened in October of 2009 with 4,000 square feet of new space with 11 internet computers and 1 card catalog computer.

Our Mission
It shall be the purpose of the Rube Sessions Memorial Library to provide services on a fair and equitable basis to all individuals and groups in the community. To acquire and make available to all residents of Wells and surrounding areas library materials and resources as needed to become better informed; to cultivate the imagination; to provide opportunity and encouragement for children, youths, and adults for continuous self-education.
